In 2009, as a single mom with no savings, little experience, but only desperation to find a job (any job) to support herself and her baby, Winny sent out about 300 resumes and seriously studied and developed her own practical resume and interview skills from the real world. These skills helped her find jobs as an analyst, a project manager, a marketing analytics manager and a marketing analytics director. Winny worked at six different positions and four companies including two Fortune 200 companies. In less than seven years, she was able to triple her income when the average annual salary increase was only about 3%. In 2013 Winny started her own consulting business and has coached many people who successfully received their job offers or school admission offers or even started their own small business. You can pick up these skills quickly from her online videos and programs.
