How do you want to be remembered at the end of your life? For me, I hope it is "I encouraged and helped many people to be successful and live better lives. "
Here is a short 3-minute video about the past 24 years of my life.
In 2009, as a single mom with no savings, little experience, and only desperation to find a job (any job) to support herself and her baby, Winny sent out about 300 resumes and seriously studied and developed her own practical resume and interview skills from the real world. These skills helped her find jobs as an analyst, to a project manager, to a marketing analytics manager and lastly a marketing analytics director in four companies including two Fortune 200 companies. In less than seven years, she was able to triple her income when the average annual salary increase was only about 3%. In 2013 Winny started her own small business and has coached many people who successfully received their ideal school admission offers, job offers or even started their own small business. You can pick up these skills quickly from her blogs, online videos and programs. Winny also has professional expertise, experience and great interest in real estate investment. Currently Winny is focusing her business on speaking, writing, and advising on a broad range of topics including motivations, career advancement, small business startup, relationship challenges, divorce care, cancer support, how to receive strength and wisdom from God when facing difficult challenges in life, healthy and abundant life, etc. Her engaging, motivational, and practical approach has resulted in many happy clients from organizations and individuals with excellent reviews.
Winny has a Bachelor in Finance, an MBA and four year Ph.D education in Computer Information Systems and Statistics in business school at Baruch College CUNY, NY, with a publication in a national top level journal(*), The findings were of national importance, presented at the conference on the Harvard University Civil Rights Project and featured on many TV and radio programs.

Born and raised in Beijing, China, Winny came to the U.S. in 1998. Winny has gone through some big challenges including a long divorce battle and a serious cancer in life. By God's amazing grace, she has been healed physically, emotionally and spiritually. She is writing several books and speaks regularly to help and encourage cancer patients, families, divorced/single parents, promote a healthy lifestyle, healthy relationships, recovery, reconciliation, financial health, etc. . Winny is on the journey to be a minimalist. She is also an avid gospel singer. Her songs have touched many people's hearts, encouraged and brought hope to them in difficult times.
Every morning, Winny is so grateful for this new day that God gives her and every breath she takes.
For work, she is currently focusing on social media marketing, coaching, speaking, consultaing to transform, motivate and encourage others to overcome limiting beliefs, stand up against challenges and embrace abundant lives.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, singing swimming, yoga, hiking, cooking and walking by the beach.Winny lives in sunny Southern California only 10 min away from beautiful beaches, and loves her church family.
